20 Yrs - Ex NSDC, Ex Roha, Ex CGCL, Ex L&T Fin
CA Vinita Jain is building Lakshya as a skill-to-capital ecosystem focused on enabling education financing, employability, and financial inclusion for India's youth, drawing on 20+ years of work in the space.
Her career spans the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Roha Housing Finance, Capri Global, and L&T Finance. As Vice President – Impact Finance at NSDC she helped activate the Skill Loan Guarantee Program, onboarded NBFC partners, and opened financing access for skill-development initiatives.
Through Lakshya she now bridges the gap between skills and capital — building financing pathways for students, training institutions, and underserved youth who are routinely excluded from traditional credit.
