Who you are.
PAN and an address proof, plus a recent photograph for your Skill Mitra profile.
Where you operate.
Shop or business details with photographs, and MSME or Udyam details where applicable to your category.
Leads, tracking and referrals.
Approved Skill Mitras can submit customer loan leads - each one only with the customer's recorded consent - and track their status as Lakshya processes them. Approved Skill Mitras can also refer other people to become Skill Mitras through a referral link.
The digital Skill Mitra portal is being rolled out in phases. Early onboarding is document-based with manual review by Lakshya Operations; assisted KYC checks, bureau integrations, automated allocation, AI support and the opportunities marketplace arrive in later phases.
